Description:
Our explosion-proof control cabinets are specially insulated to
prevent explosions in environments containing explosive materials
such as gases, vapours and dust.
The cabinets are used to house industrial and electrical control
equipment such as terminal blocks, selector switches and
push-buttons. This equipment could cause an explosion through
electric arcs or other phenomena.
The explosion-proof control cabinets also prevent interior
explosions from spreading outside and posing a threat to life and

Application:
1. Can be used in hazardous areas: Zone 1 and Zone 2 .
2. Can be used in explosive gas atmospheres of Category IIA and II
B IIC where the temperature classification is T6.
3. Two type of Ex d(IIB) and complex(IIC).
4. Flammable dust atmosphere.
5. Widely using in the fields of oil, chemical industry ,
spaceflight ,war industry and so on.
PS:
The difference between an explosion-proof control cabinet and a
common control cabinet is:
1. In shape: the ordinary control cabinet is made of iron, and the
explosion-proof control cabinet is processed after casting or steel
plate welding, and has high strength.
2. In the structure: the components in the ordinary control cabinet
can be arranged together, the wiring is convenient, and the inside
of the explosion-proof control cabinet is divided into several
units, and each switch and electrical components must be isolated.
3. On the seal: the ordinary control cabinet is not very strict in
sealing requirements. The cover of the explosion-proof control
cabinet is well sealed with the box. After passing the strict
inspection, the special agency will issue the certificate of
conformity and sell it to the factory.
4. In application: ordinary control cabinets are generally used in
civilian and non-explosion-proof places. Explosion-proof control
cabinets are mainly used in hazardous flammable gas places and
explosive places.
5. In terms of price: ordinary control cabinet is cheap.

times the price of ordinary control cabinet.
